If you are unhappy with your order, you have 14 days from receiving delivery to return your goods to us for a refund. Let’s say it just isn’t what you thought it was going to be. You unpack it, and think to yourself, “ya know, I just don’t want this”. Ship it back! Someone else wants it! If you have had any major customizations to your products, a return for a refund may not be possible. We can handle this on a case-by-case basis. We are reasonable folks.

Car Deadlift Frames ship for a flat $250 to the lower 48 states.

Every item of stock is designed in full by Lift & Press at our HQ in Powder Springs thus delivery times may vary depending upon the items ordered.
We aim to ship orders inside 10-12 working days dependent upon the level of design and/or customization required. Many items ship even faster!

The Heavy Duty Traveling Farmer Walk offers a simple alternative to full-scale, barbell-style farmer’s walk implements. The uniquely portable set measures 1 meter with 30cm loading pins on either side so that it is the perfect size to load up and go without being so large that you have nowhere to store it!! The farmer’s walk is solid steel construction with handles measuring 5” in length. For set-up, simply slide on some Olympic size plates, and then you are good to go!! The farmer’s walk handles are also powder coated in Fine Black to give them an aesthetic textured look yet still remain extremely durable to the elements such as rust and UV damage which enables them to be the perfect use for both indoor and outdoor training setups!!

Although The Farmers Carry originated within strongman training it has fast become a go-to exercise for training programs from all walks of strength and conditioning. Performing multiple sets with Farmers Walk Handles has shown to invoke both strength and hypertrophy through its gruesome combination of isometric contraction whilst trying to hold and maintain the weight at a constant velocity whilst also placing a significant amount of stress on the cardiovascular and musculoskeletal system as they work in tangent to meet the demands of the exercise. All of this results in a major tax which is placed on the body metabolically as the stress-stimuli response works overtime with the right amount of rest your body is then able to burn a significant amount of calories through EPOC (Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption) whilst also develop muscular strength due to the maximal strain the body endured throughout the sets. Hence the farmer’s walk is the ultimate compound Lift as you are engaging your whole body in repetitive lifts which also places a significant amount of stress on the cardiovascular system stimulating a superior level of conditioning to those programs which simply perform stationary non-functional compound lifts.
