Shipping & Return Policy

Due to health and safety regulations, upstairs deliveries are at the discretion of the carriers and cannot be guaranteed. This includes, but is not limited to, steps that are immediately outside the premises, which carriers would need to ascend to access the property.

Delivery – “1 Man”: All orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received. Normal delivery time is 10-14 business days, and delivery times may extend during holidays and peak shipping seasons. The freight delivery service you receive may vary among carrier companies. Since most carriers deliver to the curb side immediately adjacent to their vehicle and consider inside delivery an additional service with an extra cost, you may need to assist or relocate the merchandise into your home.

If you have specific delivery requirements, please contact Lift and Press, and we can arrange alternative options. Ideally, provide two telephone numbers (e.g., Home / Office and Mobile) so that the carrier can reach you if needed. All deliveries are scheduled for Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 6 pm. Saturday deliveries are available; please contact Lift and Press for a quote. Unfortunately, our carriers cannot provide exact delivery times for the standard service. Delivery – “2 Man”: This service is exclusively available for large premium-priced products. However, placement of the product in the ground floor room of your choice is contingent on good and safe access.

If it’s determined that the product cannot fit through doors or stairwells and the item is subsequently returned, you will be responsible for all outbound and return shipping expenses, along with a 15% restocking fee.

Larger products have pre-arranged deliveries, meaning the carrier or supplier will coordinate with you. If the carrier arrives with your goods after pre-arrangement and no one is available to receive them, they will be returned to the carrier’s depot or to the supplier. In such cases, you will be liable for all re-delivery charges. If the order is canceled subsequently, you will be responsible for all carriage charges and a 15% restocking fee.

All deliveries occur Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 6 pm. Unfortunately, our carriers cannot provide specific times for the standard delivery service. Lift & Press will not be held accountable for any delays or damages caused by third-party carriers, and any claims for property damage due to third-party carriers should be addressed directly with the carrier.

FOR ORDERS WITHIN THE US We offer a flat-rate shipping option for all items delivered to a US Mainland address.

The total shipping cost for your order can be viewed when reviewing your shopping cart or during the checkout process.

Shipping is more efficient when multiple items constitute a single order.

For Delivery Only Standard deliveries occur Monday to Friday, 8 am – 8 pm.

All deliveries require a signature. Please carefully inspect the delivery, and if the packaging appears damaged in any way, mark the delivery as ‘Damaged’ when signing. In case of doubt, mark the delivery as ‘Damaged.’

Some machines will be delivered on large steel double pallets to safeguard them during transit. It is your responsibility to unload the pallets from the delivery truck, so we highly recommend having a forklift available. However, if you have extra assistance, you can strip the pallet on the truck and manually unload it. All our machines are designed to fit through a standard doorway, and we are always available to provide guidance on dismantling and reassembling machines.

For Delivery and Installation You can opt for delivery and installation, in which case our installers at Lift & Press will deliver the equipment at a time convenient for you, install it, and fully commission it. Please call us for a quotation for this service.

FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE THE US We ship all our equipment worldwide, with regular shipments to Europe, the US, Canada, and Australia.

Normal deliveries are Monday to Friday, 8 am – 8 pm.

Some large machines will be delivered on pallets, and while the driver will offload the pallet, you will need to remove and transport the machine into your building. All our machines are designed to fit through a standard doorway, and we are always available to provide guidance on dismantling and reassembling machines.

If you are ordering from outside the US, any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so contact your local customs office for more information. When ordering from Lift & Press, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the receiving country.

SPECIFIC DELIVERY DATES: If items are being delivered by our own installers (usually larger items), we can confirm the delivery day and provide a fairly accurate estimate of the delivery time.

For goods delivered via a third-party courier, we can typically confirm a specific day but cannot guarantee it.

Lift & Press cannot accept claims for compensation due to late delivery by a third-party carrier.

RESTRICTED ACCESS: While our carriers have detailed road maps for all areas of the US mainland, please provide any additional information that may facilitate locating your home.

Due to the size of some delivery vehicles, Lift & Press or any carriers acting on our behalf must be informed of any access restrictions for the delivery vehicle. This includes, but is not limited to, steps (including those required to access the property entrance), trees, shrubs, steeply inclined driveways, narrow lanes, tight bends, or any other obstacles that may impede the delivery vehicle’s access.

Lift & Press will not accept claims for compensation due to non-delivery, failed delivery, or refusal of an item where the carriers or Lift & Press were not informed of access restrictions. If an item is refused or canceled due to these restrictions, the customer is responsible for all carriage charges. Therefore, we recommend confirming that the product can easily fit and be transported to its ground floor installation point before placing your order. If you need to verify the total ‘boxed’ dimensions of a product, please contact Lift and Press before making your purchase.

ORDER CANCELLATION & REFUSED DELIVERIES: You may cancel your order for a full refund prior to shipment or ordering from the manufacturer, although any incurred costs will be deducted from your refund.

If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you are responsible for any freight charges incurred by Lift & Press. Any unpaid freight charges will be deducted from your refund.

If you refuse delivery of your order for reasons other than product damage in transit, you are liable for all outbound and return freight charges incurred due to your refusal.

If it is determined that a larger product “will not fit” through any doors or stairwells upon delivery, and the product is subsequently returned or refused, you are responsible for all outbound and return carriage costs.

RETURNS POLICY IT IS ESSENTIAL TO RETAIN ALL PACKAGING. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REPACKED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING FOR RETURN TO LIFT AND PRESS. WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY ITEMS FOR RETURN UNLESS DEEMED FAULTY BY LIFT AND PRESS OR ONE OF ITS ENGINEERS UNLESS THEY ARE IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

Our exchange and return policy is straightforward:

If, within your 14-day home approval period, you wish to return or exchange an item, contact us at [email protected] between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday, to obtain a Return Authorization Number. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without this authorization number.

Upon receiving this number, make arrangements to return the item(s) within 14 working days to Lift and Press. All returns and exchanges must be shipped by freight, with prepaid delivery, and the item(s) must be unused, disassembled, and in “as new” condition in the original packaging.

Please contact our Customer Services department within 7 days from the day after you receive your shipment to obtain return authorization. You will be charged for items that are received in used or assembled condition. Special order items or items manufactured to your specifications are not eligible for return. In the case of special order items that are received as faulty, we will replace the faulty part or provide a full replacement at no cost. Shipping and handling charges for returns are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

Goods purchased from our showroom are subject to exchange at the discretion of the manager.
