If you are unhappy with your order, you have 14 days from receiving delivery to return your goods to us for a refund. Let’s say it just isn’t what you thought it was going to be. You unpack it, and think to yourself, “ya know, I just don’t want this”. Ship it back! Someone else wants it! If you have had any major customizations to your products, a return for a refund may not be possible. We can handle this on a case-by-case basis. We are reasonable folks.

We Provide Cheap Flat-Rate Shipping to the continental US, and Free Shipping for orders over $250.

Car Deadlift Frames ship for a flat $250 to the lower 48 states.

Every item of stock is designed in full by Lift & Press at our HQ in Powder Springs thus delivery times may vary depending upon the items ordered.
We aim to ship orders inside 10-12 working days dependent upon the level of design and/or customization required. Many items ship even faster!

Most orders are shipped via UPS GROUND. Other arrangements can be made. Just ask us!

T-Bar Landmine Row
The T-Bar Landmine Row is the go to piece of kit for anyone looking to develop the V-Taper and overall density and thickness of their lats. Utilising an Olympic barbell together with weight plates you are then able to easily slide the T-Bar over the sleeve and lock the landmine attachment in place so that you can then perform a variety of exercises which would usually require expensive commercial equipment within a gym setting! It’s for that very reason the T-Bar Row is by far the most popular attachment for any landmine press as the functionality it offers along with the stress stimuli for the cost is unbeatable!
The T-bar Row is fully manufactured by Lift and Press at our HQ in Powder Springs and is constructed from locally sourced 33mmx3mm steel tube which is then welded to the Olympic barbell sleeve so that it enables it to easily slide over your barbell after you have loaded the weights.
You can achieve greater hypertrophy responses from the muscles with the t-bar row through its ability to overload the back muscles. The possibility of lifting more weight often leads to greater muscle fibre recruitment in your upper back which is crucial when looking to develop strength.
