2 x 1.7M Nylon 11 commercial grade gym cable (with snap hooks) Same Spec used by Gyms on cable pulley machines
1 x 3″ commercial grade nylon pulley with a sewn anchor loop in the eye bolt which is attached to the top of the pulley
1 x heavy duty nylon loading pin (we stock both 1″ and Olympic size loading pins) which is great for easily loading weight and clipping onto the pulley
1 x heavy duty nylon tricep attachment to perform various different exercises on the pulley system

If you are unhappy with your order, you have 14 days from receiving delivery to return your goods to us for a refund. Let’s say it just isn’t what you thought it was going to be. You unpack it, and think to yourself, “ya know, I just don’t want this”. Ship it back! Someone else wants it! If you have had any major customizations to your products, a return for a refund may not be possible. We can handle this on a case-by-case basis. We are reasonable folks.

The Lift & Press Double Cable Pulley System is by far the best selling home gym pulley system within the US. We focus on functionality and quality which provides you with a fully functioning home gym cable machine right out of the box similar to those found within commercial gyms. With the option to use the gym pulley from the top cable or the bottom cable it drastically increases the amount of quality of exercises you can perform within home and garage gyms.
The pulleys used within the system are also the same 90mm nylon bearing pulleys found within commercial gyms making the movement super smooth so you can focus on squeezing those muscles during the contraction. All cable systems from Lift & Press also come with Nylon 11 commercial grade gym cable to ensure that the quality is the same you would expect when training within a gym.
The Nylon Coated cable is standard within the gym and fitness industry as it was designed to be continuously run over sheaves and pulleys, making it the perfect option for all things fitness. The cable pulley system gym also comes with a Heavy Duty webbing loading pin in either Black or Orange and has a solid steel D-ring making it easy to use with the snap hooks that are also included so that the only thing left to do is take it out of the box and clip on some weights! We do also Stock 1″ loading pins which you are able to purchase with the order instead of the Olympic size should you need to.
